Clearflow Legionella Solutions Ltd have vast experience in the undertaking of Risk Assessments relating to the prevention of Legionnaires Disease. It is a legal requirement for a survey to be carried out every two years in any premises where a permanent work activity takes place. It has been our duty to report and advise our clients of the potential risks with specific regard to their premises.

Clearflow can consult and set up a written scheme for those who have extensive knowledge of ACOP L8 and their duties within its compliance; to those who have been given the initial task of forming a plan of action from scratch.
All reports are written in an easy to read format with the prevention of legionella bacteria growth in mind, also accompanied with photographs of the main water assets and any remedial works that’s required. With that in mind, each particular risk contains a ‘score rating’ which in effect gives a clear ‘Risk Level’ of High, Medium or Low.
