Our Covid 19 policy – Contingency plan with respect to various scenarios relating to Coronavirus

(COVID-19)

The CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS senior management team have put in place a number of measures to manage the

business response to the COVID 19 pandemic.

The current position is one of following the UK Government advice and the input of our clients.

The Senior management team is in communication to respond to any changes in the National

response and to address any internal/client issues.

The company has implemented measures to enable home working for staff where possible

and the identification of work and current resources to enable services to be provided as

normal where possible.

All CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS services are fully operational. We may furlough staff

as dictated under the current circumstances.

Training services are being provided in person where RA allows and via webinar otherwise.

The following procedures have been implemented regard employees at our office locations

and client sites:

Where CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS staff are quarantined at home CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS will look to enable these individuals to
work from home by supplying Company PCs and Phones as appropriate.

Were an individual to be diagnosed with Coronavirus, CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS would follow existing

protocols regarding sickness and absence as well as any current Government/PHE/NHS advice.

CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS would not allow field teams to access locations in quarantine unless:
there is an water bacteria related emergency,
formal advice received from the authorities with respect to the specific
task and site specific RAMS have been developed,

CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS has access to all identified PPE and any specific Information, Instruction

and Training have been delivered in toolbox talks. Any decision with respect to these circumstances would not be without the

express instruction of the CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS Managing Director or formally appointed

representative.

CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS staff have been issued with a briefing note and have access to specific advice

with respect to Coronavirus (COVID-19).

CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS would not allow field teams to access locations where individuals have been

diagnosed with Coronavirus (COVID-19) unless:

there is a water bacteria or other related emergency,
formal advice received from the authorities with respect to the specific task and
site and a site and task specific RAMS has been developed

CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS has access to all identified PPE and any specific Information, Instruction

and Training has been delivered. Any decision with respect to these circumstances would not be without the

express instruction of the CLEARFLOW LEGIONELLA SOLUTIONS Managing Director or formally appointed

representative.

These plans are dynamic and will be subject to change as circumstances dictate.
